Busy Times

Busy Times!
Here is Brody, my 10 year old grandson, as Nolan Ryan at the "Wax Museum" event. This was inside the Panhandle Plains Historical Museum in Canyon, TX. His fourth grade class all chose Texas heroes, present and past. They had to research the person they chose and then memorize their composed speech on the person. After standing and being that character, they ate lunch on the lawn by the Log Cabins and completed the day with a tour of the museum. Great fun was had by all!! He did great, but then I am prejudiced.
Here is Kenidy, my 16 year old granddaughter, running track. She did hurtles, relays, high jumps and sprints. After basketball, she went right into track meets with out prior training due to basketball playoffs. No wonder she is tired all the time!

This is Dak, my 17 year old grandson, who is a senior this year! He plays Center Field and yes, he is very quick! The Canyon Eagles are going to Semi-regional playoffs this week against Amarillo High. I am hoping for STATE!
Brody also plays ball and here he is waiting for his teams time on the field! He goes to Oklahoma City this weekend for a tournament! He plays first base, second base and where ever they need him. Loves the game just like big brother and his dad.

This is Dad and Taylor, his girl friend, at her Senior Prom.  They attend different high schools. They are both Hollywood gorgeous!
Well, Kenidy [silver dress] and Taylor [gold dress] could be sisters they are both so pretty! Walker [far left - Kenidy's boy friend] and Dak [far right] aren't so bad themselves.
Oh, to be young and bright eyed again!

My basketball and track star cleans up pretty good!

Dak's prom meant they got to get gussied up again for a second time. Yep, still gorgeous!

Well, much more to come with baseball playoffs continuing and graduation.
